How to Request a Return

1. Log into your customer account:
   /account

2. Select the order you would like to return.

3. Click on “Request return”.

4. Once your request is approved, you will automatically receive your DHL return label inside your customer account and via email.

5. Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any DHL location or Packstation.

Return Conditions

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

• For hygiene reasons, worn bracelets cannot be exchanged or refunded
